While I am not a particular fan of the manner of some Mardi Gras celebratory displays, I am a fan of the artistry! I appreciate the color and the vibrancy, the festive costumes in all their array. From a purely artistic perspective I am awed by the colorful grandeur, the 'fanciful couture' and creative expression! A splendid parade of fabric, art and embellishment !!! Here are my Mardi Gra contributions and a peek at how customer Cheryl D. stitched her mask applique to decorate her cake for her Mardi Gras Party!
