This beautiful dragonfly was created with the thought of gossamer wings ~ light playing off the translucent wings of these beautiful dragonflies as they rest on a flower or fly to another.
This dragonfly may be stitched as a regular applique with the fabric of your choice or you may use the included stitch file to create your own beautiful fabric for your wings , using your stash of thread snips. To achieve an opalescent transparent effect use a shimmer organza as in the samples below.
